Used to be very good. Visited many times for hair straightening treatment. But started to notice drop in service quality, with activities being hand-balled to less experienced/knowledgeable assistants who would harshly pull at the roots of my hair, and during my last visit to this salon they completely fried my hair. When I raised my concerns, all I got was a cheap tub of random hair conditioner which did nothing to fix the damage. This place is a good place for your beauty needs! Iv spent all day in this salon getting my pedicure, nails an my hair dyed with outstanding results!!!! Always put up with my fussiness too! I apologize as well for what happened in your store about the refund from last year, it was indeed $15 not $20, I recollect being given $5 change, iv been through a lot since then an keep forgetting to come in an return the $5... So sorry I'll try remember next week. Thank you

The lady who cut my hair was very rough and aggressive. I asked for layers and to keep my length. She cut off nearly 2 inches of my hair. The left side my hair came out very choppy and my hair was not even at all.
