I ordered the combo #1 dim sum box which is their most popular / common order at 11:53 AM on a Wednesday. It includes two siu mai, two shrimp dumplings, a steamed chicken bao, a sweet egg yolk bao, a wrapped sticky rice, and three pieces of broccoli. This place is not “express” at all. All they are doing is steaming/frying frozen dumplings and it takes them 20 mins to make them.
I wanted to support a Chinese-owned local business, so I’m giving two stars instead of one, but overall this was a very disappointing experience. We ordered two items: the fish ball lunch plate and the beef rice noodle soup. The food was served dine-in, but everything came in takeout boxes with very cheap utensils and napkins.
