Dr Bao Dao was amazing.. he spent a long time with me, over an hour. I am Dealing with blood clots. I walked out of his office feeling that it was going to be ok. He called me 3 times to see if I was Ok. He also had a patient advocate call me. Thank you Dr BaoDao.
Dr. Dao’s attention detail with my 83 y/o mom’s cancer treatment has been nothing short of stellar. He contacted me regularly over the last year to adjust meds & have us adjust food/vitamins/supplements responsive to changes from regular blood work. He’s been ‘on it like blue bonnet’ from day one. Her levels just dipped into high end of normal range for MM. Nothing but gratitude from this family that we get to keep her a while longer.
Dr Dao and his staffs resent patients. He keeps constant cold attitude during the entire visits and would not put any effort to look at the issue. His staffs members kept me waiting and transferring your calls just for basic request. They aways told to call me back, but never. Miserable places. Luckily I changed to a different doctor now.
My brother passed away shortly after he was in Dr. Bao Dao's care at St. Rose Hospital. This was at the height of the pandemic. At another hospital where my brother was admitted soon after he left St. Rose, he described the treatment he received from Dao and other doctors at St. Rose as akin to "torture."
