not the best place... We always end up eating here because the owner is so nice and it is conviently located. It is typical Japanese food and sushi and it isn't that good. Every time we go we always wait so long to get our food and if you are craving Japanese food I would suggest going somewhere else...
okay food the food here isn't too bad. when trying to order sushi they said to order something else because it would take to long to make which was weird. i would go to a different japanese restaurant if i was craving it.
Great food if you're not in a hurry We eat at Banzai frequently and always enjoy the food. This is one of three Japanese restaurants in the Pocket and we think it's the best. The only downside is that the service is very slow.
I wouldn't eat here again! I recently went to eat at Banzai with my family. Overall the food was okay. The noodles were a little chewy. We ordered 2 children's meals for my 2 children. The chicken on one of the meals was terrible. We could barely cut through it let alone chew through it. When we told the waiter, the OWNER came over and became extremely irate. I have never been treated so poorly at a restaurant before. I would never go back there again!
