If you want any colour done, Winnie is fire. She's an expert in highlighting and takes meticulous care and interest in getting you where you want to be. I only trust Winnie to do my highlights and have been seeing her for 15+ years. I bring in some photos to show on my phone, Winnie will problem solve based on the current state of my hair and what I want as the end result, and she is the subject matter expert.
