Vanessa was so rude at the front desk. Rethink your staff as they are the face of the clinic. Appalling service. Her negative attitude and dismissive manner. Never attending here again, shame that this is my closest UCC. On top of that the clinic was absolutely disgusting and dirty.

More than a three hour wait for an X-ray referral despite completing their on line form and nurse triage. In three hours, barely 6 people were genuinely seen, another 6 left the clinic as they could see the lack of movement. What’s going on? I thought they were meant to be more responsive than emergency departments.

The clinic states that it closes at 10pm and i arrived at 9:45pm expecting to see a doctor. I was disappointed when I was told that they couldn't see me as they close soon. If they can't see a patient close to closing time then the clinic should state that the last patient will be seen at, say, 930 so patients don't have to drive all the way there and be turned away.
