Disgusting service!! Was advised by medical professionals to attend this clinic if my symptoms persisted. Severe lung concerns. I was fobbed off and told to go to emergency. I advised I was told that an ambulance would be called if needed. The doctor fobbed that off, didn't even give a crap to check me or ensure my vitals etc were OK. Absolute disgrace!! I recommend no one visits this place.

The doctor is the rudest doctor I’ve ever seen before in my life was simply just trying to ask a question after we deliberately kept hitting my injury and then when asking simple questions because I didn’t agree with what he said started being rude so I refuse to be seen by and walked out

Something they don't really tell you (at least had never occured to me) is these urgent care clinics are privately owned. The fact they put Medicare in the name suggests they are government run but they're not (but government funded with our taxpayers dollars). For example this one is owned by interconnect healthcare which appears to be a private for profit business. I think there's the assumption a government clinic would help you as they do in the ED. Sharing my experience as a matter of attention: Sunday we came in with my 15 year old son after a football incident, he had suspected concussion, with a small cut at the back of his head. Care in the initial steps was great (reception, nurse triage who performed a standard neural assessment as did the medic on the ground etc). Then we finally see the doctor who was vague and incomprehensible.
