When I called they said that they do nose cauterisations, but when I went there in person they said they do not do nose cauterisations. However, they were very nice and they said sorry.
Overall a great experience here, the nurse Charlie was so friendly and non-judgmental. Took her time to help me even though the clinic was very very busy. Thankyou so much!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I came into this clinic after an emergency department was too overcrowded to see me. I was having a severe allergic reaction on my face, my skin was weeping, my vision was blurry, and I was feeling dizzy/light-headed. I waited 2.5 hours in the waiting room. When I told the staff I felt like I was going to pass out, I was told there was nowhere I could lie down and to sit back down and wait.
