Had such a great experience at urgent care today. I had a small laceration on my face that needed to be glued back together, along with a tetanus shot, and every single staff member was absolutely lovely. They were so friendly, made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and I genuinely felt really safe in their care. The front desk team and nurses were amazing!!! So kind and welcoming. Arrived at 7:15pm last night 17/04 only to find the place already closed, for the second time now. Completely unacceptable and beyond frustrating. This place is hardly open. Then to be told they’re shutting again tonight is just unbelievable. Who is actually managing this urgent care? Based on the number of similar reviews, it’s clear this place is being run extremely poorly and should be audited immediately. For a Medicare-funded service, this is a disgrace. Is this really what our tax dollars are going towards? Absolutely ... read more

Attended the clinic urgently today and received professional care at all times from staff, nurse and doctor within an hour. When help was required they were there. Well done all. Colin T
