Phone system is Pathetic. I called at 8:40 and was caller no.1 left on hold for 35 mins and then probably lost somewhere in space and time who bloody knows. Because of this I couldn't get the help I needed and now I have to call back tomorrow just so I can go through the whole thing again. Not Good Enough.
I have used their legal assistance in many occasions and is very helpful.
Every time I visit the cafe, Vanessa always greets me with a welcoming smile and is always up for a friendly chat! She always makes the best coffee.
