Run if you get him as a court appointed lawyer do everything you can to get a different one. I didn’t know much about court but after him I have learned to research everything. My son should have gotten a mistrial due the the judge acted as prosecutor and questioned the witness for the prosecution for over a half an hour and he never said a word. He seems to work for the opposing counsel and he will hand you over to the prosecutor on a silver platter, he is the worst lawyer I've ever seen, helping the opposing side to bad th... read more
Collin Banyon is a very good lawyer and will go to his furthest extent to help his client I have never had a lawyer that even comes close to being as good as Collin if you are going thru any kind of problems where you need a lawyer I highly recommend that Collin and his team be your first call you won’t regret it even his office staff Tracy is top Notch
