Worst experience for my 87 year old mother. Dr., staff, audiologist all unprofessional,money first, no compassion people.
He’s a genius!
Only cares about the money. I was told my last surgery would be about an hour long so that’s what I told my family. Dr Banyas did not call my emergency contact when I had complications nor did he check in with me at all after. When my husband called looking for me 5 hours later he was told I was nowhere to be found and Dr Banyas’ office had closed for the day and he would have to wait till the morning to talk to Dr Banyas??? Dr Banyas & his staff are absolutely awesome! I never wait more than 10 minutes to go back, unlike A LOT doctors. He did my surgery & is one of the best surgeons @ WMC! Highly Recommend!
Moved very quickly when he found my cancer. Office staff very friendly and helpful. And he tried to inform me and answer every question I had.
