Don't know about the treatment side but the housing was deplorable, mice and bugs mildew and mold half inch cracks in the floor (got splinters in my feet) would not recommend to my enemy missing base boards holes in the wall couches were ripped and had duct tape patches

Doctors cant get meds right in the computer when rhe direction are clearly on the perscription bottle. I have severe gastritis and take meds before I eat to not only control the stomach acid but to help with the inflammation. The dr here will only let me tale it ay breakfast. Causing tremendous pain in my stomach amd vomiting. They couldnt care less about their patients. I asked to check out amd was told NO. The Staff working in this facility are top Tier! My daughter received the best care at Banyan. The way they heard me out, coordinated care, and made decisions based on her best interest is impressive. Dani and Amy were wonderful to work with. They understood I was unable to answer phones due to my schedule but I am great at responding to emails and they effortlessly shifted to sending me frequent email updates sometimes a few within 2hrs. I loved my time here and received so much support thank you guys so much!! Caron, Jackie, and Allison don’t get paid enough I don’t know how much they get paid but it’s nothing compared to what they’ve done for this facility! CARON IS THE BEST IF YOU KNOW YOU KNOW!

Excellent staff though and through. The communication on the living side for the patients could use some work, but we go to this facility for treatment overall! Please don't change a thing when it comes to your curriculum as it was second to none in my experience. I have no desire to drink ever again due to the program! Thank you all!
