Banyan Treatment Center in Langhorne, PA has declined significantly. I attended this facility twice within a six-month span, and each experience was worse than the last. Patients are argued with over a $1 medication copay, which is unacceptable in a mental health and addiction treatment setting. I personally witnessed a mental health patient deteriorate emotionally and ultimately be discharged and sent to a homeless shelter, instead of being properly supported. I have been blessed and truly grateful for the staff and how Banyan has treated me and gave me a fresh start. They are very professional and will go up snd beyond to help you feel safe and welcomed to the new comunity. Of course every place has their flaws, however I've never met a staff that truly cared so much for the patients. This isn't a job to them its a way of life. From the techs, to clincial staff, therapist and the higher ups. Nothing during my time there fell on deaf ears. Id advise anyone coming to treatment there to swallow your pride and be open and listen. Don't know about the treatment side but the housing was deplorable, mice and bugs mildew and mold half inch cracks in the floor (got splinters in my feet) would not recommend to my enemy missing base boards holes in the wall couches were ripped and had duct tape patches

The Staff working in this facility are top Tier! My daughter received the best care at Banyan. The way they heard me out, coordinated care, and made decisions based on her best interest is impressive. Dani and Amy were wonderful to work with. They understood I was unable to answer phones due to my schedule but I am great at responding to emails and they effortlessly shifted to sending me frequent email updates sometimes a few within 2hrs.
