Called for a friend. First one legit answer. Next, "oh we don't take your insurance", but yet they already had that information 3 days ago. Now. All of sudden there's no beds. The rep i spoke to the first time, after asking for his name, hung up on me. Wow! If this is the way you treat people calling for, "a loved one" I can't imagine the chaos in your facility.
This center is horrible at staying connected with the families of addicts as well as the place no importance on the value of the patients family support system. You send your loved one here thinking it will be helpful but they just dose them with synthetic heroin options and disconnect them from loved ones and just to boot they are also so rude and disrespectful when you call to find out about how your loved one is doing. Do NOT recommend!

I had a bad experience with a couple therapists and Kahlia called and made it right. She validated my experience, she made me feel heard and she assigned me someone new. They are actually very professional and they take on veterans, like myself, who struggle with VA bureaucracy. Having someone call me and make me feel like I wasn't crazy for having a bad experience makes all the difference. I think they're great.
