Banyans staff is the the main reason for providing stars, they are very engaged and genuine. The reason for the low score is for the medicine management or lack of; I came into banyan with 5 days worth of meds and it took up until day 5 to start processing a refill, it took another 4 days to receive my meds. Furthermore I nor the majority of the clients had a viewing with a Psychiatrists in all the stay. Lastly at the IOP phase there is no one to provide med refills, you are on your own. Went to the PHP program and while there found a Halfway that had an opening. Made arrangements with the Halfway to be admitted on a Friday and as per Banyans discharge protocol gave them a 24 hour notice. They decided that we needed to leave THEN. I understand a treatment center to not keep people wanting to discharge on premise if they are leaving to the street or to unsafe circumstances bc it could make others want to use or AMA. There are A Lot of conflicting feelings from therapists to the buisuness admins regaurding how... read more
