I have never dealt with such a horrible mgmt firm. Lisa Riddle is the worst there. She is rude and arrogant. I spoke to her because she was the supervisor of our property manager. Don't know why I wasted my time.
Christine Blundon, the former property manager at Banyon Properties, managed the rentals for the Rivermill Homeowners Association. She is, by far, the best property manager that I've ever worked with for the 30 years I've been renting property from coast to coast... Yep! Best in the USA!!! She is professional, considerate, responsive and extremely detailed. She watches out for the tenants as much as her boss.
