I have never dealt with such a horrible mgmt firm. Lisa Riddle is the worst there. She is rude and arrogant. I spoke to her because she was the supervisor of our property manager. Don't know why I wasted my time.
Christine Blundon, the former property manager at Banyon Properties, managed the rentals for the Rivermill Homeowners Association. She is, by far, the best property manager that I've ever worked with for the 30 years I've been renting property from coast to coast... Yep! Best in the USA!!! Been trying to reach Wesley Sippel about a problem and cannot reach him either by phone or text. would appreciate some type of communication from him.
They were the property management for our rental house. It took them WEEEKS to get our information into the gate system, so in order to enter, one of us had to literally walk out to the gate and let the other in (told us there was no general code for, say, deliveries, but obviously that wasn't true). We had to inquire multiple times over days to get our complaints about ridiculous noise violations then was told there was nothing in the HOA regarding it, which was crap because rule #1 was "The right to peaceful enjoyment". I am a homeowner whose community is serviced by Banyan Property Management. For well over 2 weeks I have been trying to get a light replaced on a very dark walkway by my home. Also, for about 3 months I have been asking to have my gutters cleaned. The gutters are completely filled with leaves, and it is so bad that the pile of leaves comes out about a foot onto my screened in patio enclosure. Take a look a public records for this company and their staff. I noted that our property manager is currently in Foreclosure on a house in the very same community where she lives and also is by Banyan as the property manager. I find that to be very unprofessional to say the least. I will leave it to the reader to search PB County court records for their Banyan PM along with the company at large. You might be surpirsed by what you find.
Present Banyan Property Management is terrible when it comes to homeowner association management. Impossible to reach, non-responsive, overall terrible communication processes and skills. Reagardless of what it is - trying to rent the club-house or reuqesting to explain why there is construction being done on my property premisses without any prior notification.
