Custom Management Group has caused me to lose the rest of my life. Copying and pasting the concerning email my mom sent that they seem to not care about: “I am writing to express serious concerns regarding resident safety and property security within the condominium community. As homeowners, we are expected to pay HOA dues exceeding $400 per month, yet there appear to be very few meaningful measures in place to protect residents or the property itself. Every other week or every month during the winter at the village common condominiums we never have heat or hot water but they keep sending these people out that supposedly cant fix the boiler... They've been out here plenty of times to get things fixed coming from a former local 3 plumber. Claiming y'all be looking for different contractors? Frustrated with CMG. Since buying our condo 1.5 years ago the HOA price has increased $50 with around $3000 in assessment fees. On the plus side, they have replaced the roofing, fencing and fixed potholes. On the downside, whoever they hire to pick up trash and do landscaping is a bum. There's constantly trash everywhere, no grass, and bushes intruding onto porches and sidewalks. I take photos and send them to the HOA but these simple things are not fixed (i've offered to prune bushes but was told this wasn't a possibility).... read more
