Every other week or every month during the winter at the village common condominiums we never have heat or hot water but they keep sending these people out that supposedly cant fix the boiler... They've been out here plenty of times to get things fixed coming from a former local 3 plumber. Claiming y'all be looking for different contractors? Frustrated with CMG. Since buying our condo 1.5 years ago the HOA price has increased $50 with around $3000 in assessment fees. On the plus side, they have replaced the roofing, fencing and fixed potholes. On the downside, whoever they hire to pick up trash and do landscaping is a bum. There's constantly trash everywhere, no grass, and bushes intruding onto porches and sidewalks. I take photos and send them to the HOA but these simple things are not fixed (i've offered to prune bushes but was told this wasn't a possibility).... read more
Since the change in ownership, CMG has become noticeably more proactive and helpful in managing the property. They’ve been working hard to improve the condition of the condo complex I live in, addressing several issues left behind by the previous management. Their efforts to maintain and enhance the property are appreciated and reflect a genuine investment in the community.
Beth has been a real trooper is facilitating the water damage repairs on my condominium and managing the payments for my temporary housing. She is quick to respond to my communications and keeping me informed on the restoration process.
Another “would give zero stars if I could.” Ticket open for 2 months, no communication on the issue and no actions whatsoever. This HOA is simply a money suck. Something to consider if you’re buying a property managed by them. Stay the heck away!
