I felt like I personally accomplished what I intended. My Therapist was great and helped me work through a ton. The Facility needs to improve outings for clients. They need to improve the phone policy especially for the PHP program. I had a few employees that I really liked and appreciated. However, I believe they need to improve on some of other employees attitudes. Some people were spiteful, some people wouldn’t care what a client would need. My service here with my case manager Keida and Joan n my therapist Mary been outstanding.I give them all five along with all the other hard work they do for banyan. I couldn't ask for a better treatment center here in Gulf Breeze
