I truly enjoyed my experience in the PHP program. I felt so supported, and I felt that every person there - nurse, therapist, techs, case manager - truly cared about the patients. It is a real community and filled with people who want the absolute best for you. I would recommend this facility to anyone with substance abuse issues or mental health issues. I've been here for 15 days (PHP) and I can already say, it's by far the best facility Ive been to. We live in an actual apartment complex and make our own food. We are also allowed to have our phones (except for during class), which allows me to talk to my daughter at any time. My therapist, Max, is the best therapist I've ever had. You can tell he actually enjoys his job and is great with 1 on 1 therapy. I'd recommend this program over any other I've been to. I haven't stayed in residential, but I've heard good things. This place really took good care of me it was my first time and treatment I was nervous at first but I eventually felt the warm welcoming it felt like family my therapist Roland was great she help me process my thoughts and trauma. My case manager Jakeida helped me with all my legal stuff and everything else I needed assistanced with. Chef Sara and Cindy kept my belly full. BHTs Cinthia, Drew,Lj,Carol appreciate the help. Banyan provides excellent care and really does a great job at teaching clients the necessary tools to be successful. Jakeida and Holly from the very start made me feel welcomed and handled all of my paper work promptly allowing me to feel comfortable about my employment status. Sean and the entire staff are extremely kind and will look out for you every step of the way. Definitely going to miss everyone. Banyan is ideal for those seeking proper treatment. Thank you all.

In desperate need of help for my drinking, I contacted Banyan. I was treated with compassion and my admission was handled as quickly as possible. My driver was kind and courteous, as well as the admission staff. Everyone involved in my care from Hollie, Katharine, Kieda and all nursing staff were great. And the techs Barbara and Cynthia were so sweet and helpful. If you have any friends or family struggling with addiction, this is the place to go.
