My experience at Banyan was amazing! From the initial call I received from Jacob when searching for help and the constant follow up-not feeling like a burden, rather caring, I came back from an out of state facility and so glad I made this choice. Maggie was extremely welcoming and helped so much with her personal experience and very resourceful with assistance along the way. I'm happy I decided to continue with treatment PHP at Banyan in Lisle, IL. They provided me the tools and skills to navigate my life in sobriety. All of the staff are wonderful. The center is clean and serene. If you are looking to get clean and sober I highly recommend Banyan Treatment Center in Lisle, IL.
My main take away from treatment at Banyan is that a lot of the staff can relate and helped with sharing their recovery. My Case Manager Maggie helped with my aftercare plan and transition into sober living. I have grown in every area of my life thanks to Banyan.
Being at Banyan was a game changer for me. I have been struggling with my addiction for over 13 years and after multiple attempts at other facilities I finally feel I have the necessary tools to get it right this time. A large part of that was the staff. Everyone from the councilors, administrators, nursing, and staff in general were on their game. I'm now in my 9th week of IOP at Banyan Telehealth. After 20+ years of abusing alcohol, I decided it was time for me to take back control of my entire life, including my physical and mental health.
