Being at Banyan has been an absolutely transformative experience to say the least. My recovery journey from where I started before Banyan to where I am now after Banyan has been a complete 360, and I owe it to the staff and the knowledge that Banyan provided me. Zero stars. I will start leaving review after review till this place is buried. Been there four times. Last time stayed a week just for detox. All I did was sleep in a room for six days. Couldn’t flush toilet paper but the toilet would overflow. This is the Texas location. Had to clean the room when the toilet overflowed. Got 36k from my insurance for six days. Never did any testing. Paid in full everytime I’ve been. Now they are still hassling me over an additional 1500 dollars. When is enough money enough. Explain... read more
This was my first time in treatment. This experience from admissions to intake to completing PHP and onto IOP now, has been truly amazing. Staff is extremely supportive and sensitive to my needs and all clients needs. I would highly recommended banyan Chicago if you are seeking help for your mental health or journey to recovery. My anxiety has decreased and I learned strengths about myself I didn’t know were there.
I really enjoyed the program here at Banyan Chicago. The staff here was very helpful with assisting me in my new recovery journey as well as my goals. I am about to complete PHP and continue my treatment with telehealth IOP. I recommend Banyan Chicago for anyone looking for help that is struggling. They were a great support.
My experience at Banyan was amazing! From the initial call I received from Jacob when searching for help and the constant follow up-not feeling like a burden, rather caring, I came back from an out of state facility and so glad I made this choice. Maggie was extremely welcoming and helped so much with her personal experience and very resourceful with assistance along the way.
