I wanted to share my sincere thanks to Banyan for all the support I received. Mark, Jewels, Shelby, Tara and Lorraine are wonderful. You’re patience and dedication motivated me. I know my progress was due in large part to your insight. You made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable. Thank you again for your guidance and compassion. I do wish there was more therapy sessions a week available to ensure a smooth transition to recovery.
I had a very similar experience to the patient, "campbell" who listed a review 5 mos. ago. There was a few others who listed a poor experience too. I guess i must have been there at a bad time. I felt isolated, and brushed aside where my needs were not being met, and left to deal with my problem on my own with no help, and a bill to my ins. I really needed therapy and psychiatry. Came to detox after I started drinking again but waited for 2 hours before my intake and after being strip searched I wasn't able to pee in front of the employee so got kicked out a little past 1 am. Even though they Uber'd me here wouldn't provide a ride back. Sat in the first room with no chairs for hours waiting for another ride back. Find another
This is by far the worst clinic I've ever been to the staff doesn't listen to you. The nurses don't help you and when you want to withdraw they ignore you. One staff member will come up saying one thing and another staff member will come up saying the opposite thing. My advice is to find another place to go for help and care because this place is nightmare!!!!!!
