Slowest service ever. Also horrible customer service. They are always so rude when talking to me on the phone.
Very bad attitudes. Don't like to be asked questions. Do not try to be helpful. Large turnover of staff. Some of which seem to not know what their doing. Changing to a different pharmacy.
One of the best pharmacies around. Everyone is so efficient and nice. I don't go to any other pharmacy now only Banwell Pharmacy.
Our family switched to Banwell Pharmacy when they opened years ago. They are an amazing group of people who truly care about their patients. The pharmacists, Bri, John & Mario, are very friendly, knowledgeable and discreet. The Techs (eg Sally, Michelle, Kelsey, Sue, Kerry et al) are very personable, ask about our family, are concerned about our well-being, always trying to help get a medication and go above and beyond eg. contacting doctors, insurance companies or during drug shortages. Couldn't ask for better service from a pharmacy. The staff are top-notch, always courteous, and so helpful with prescription service. I have my scripts delivered, and the delivery people are wonderful! Thank you Banwell Pharmacy!
