helpful staff but not helpful enough to ask if we need a sharps container to go with our injections
Very disappointing experience. I tried calling multiple times to ask if a specific medication was available, but no one answered. When I visited and mentioned this, I was told, “We never answer the phone,” which felt dismissive. I then asked about the medication, but instead of answering, they focused on my insurance. The service was rude and unhelpful.
They are always ready to help and they're really knowledgeable. No matter what team member you get, they are all trained and are very friendly and are very eager to help you with anything that you have. They will always listen to you. The voice of the customer is very important to them. That's why we go there for especially for compounding and difficult things to find like at shoppers or anywhere else. They are very good that way
Slowest service ever. Also horrible customer service. They are always so rude when talking to me on the phone.
Very bad attitudes. Don't like to be asked questions. Do not try to be helpful. Large turnover of staff. Some of which seem to not know what their doing. Changing to a different pharmacy.
