I am beyond grateful for Dr. Albert and his expertise. I honestly believe that my cat, Mr Boots, would not be here if it weren’t for his critical thinking and expertise. Mr Boots had a devastating case of pneumonia and he was slipping away by the hour. After 3 visits to the emergency vet within 48 hours, they were unsure if he would make it. Our recent visit to Banwell Animal Hospital was excellent! Dr Albert took time to explain the issue with our dog and provided valuable information with options for us to make a care decision. He did not push any particular option, but rather educated us about possible treatments. He and his staff are always professional and courteous. The fee for their service is very fair and competitive. Definitely worth a 5-star review and would recommend this Vet Hospital for your pets care.
