Brought many fosters here for kitten aide They are a wonderful family helping wonderful family pets
Very disappointing experience. They were not clear with us about how critical our kitten’s condition was after the X-ray and continued with treatment without properly discussing the situation with us first. We paid a very large bill, and sadly, our kitten passed away only five minutes after we left the clinic. I really wish they had communicated with us more honestly and clearly.I do not recommend this clinic.
Staff is extremely helpful and patient. Explained everything that was wrong, showed us the results of the tests they did so we could see it too, and made sure to follow up.
Dr Albert and his wonderful staff have the best veterinary practice. My cat has cancer, and I am amazed that with the help of Dr Albert and his staff, they have kept her well for as long as they have. Kudos to them.
