Very caring. Answers all questions and concerns I have. She is very thorough and takes all staeps necessary to ensure child is well! However, the office staff can be very unprofessional. Whoever runs the office allows them to.overbook all the time. Urgent appointments are very hard to schedule.
Staff is very rude.
The doctor is a nice lady,but the face of the office (front desk/curly hair lady which had on black scrubs when i brought my son in as a walk in patient) was very rude and unprofessional. I've been with this office almost a year and I don't see myself doing another year, i refuse to deal with rudeness in which should be a happy/healthy/friendly environment. Front desk should acknowledge patients face to face, not call a name say address and slam the window back.
I absolutely love Dr.Banchu. She really cares about the kids and she takes her time. She's heaven sent in my eyes. May god continue to bless her with wisdom & knowledge so that she can continue to be a wonderful person & doctor. My kids have been seeing Dr.Banchu for 11 years and I'm grateful to have her involved in their lives.
Schedules all her appointments for the same time. Sit in the Doctor for a total of two hours (waiting time and service time). Sat in the waiting room for over an hour and then sat in the office waiting some more. Her interaction with the patients is minimal and horrible. Also wouldn't fax my daughters records to me for daycare purposes. Made me make and appointment a week in advance and drive over an our and wait some more!
