Brianna was the worst hairstylist I've ever encountered. Never even got the chance to be serviced. Booked and paid for an in person consultation to discuss the possibility of loc reattachment. At the end of the consultation which was on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, I was told that I would able to receive the requested services on the following Monday, April 20, 2026, and to bring in my old locs beforehand so that they could be inspected and prepared for the day of the appointment. Briana is the best, I come to see her every month. Very professional and clean shop. Highly recommend!!
Briana has been a God send in my loc journey. She has been doing my locs since inception and the service has been light years better than the other technicians I've worked with, truly exceptional.
Unfortunately, Brianna doesn’t do a good job. I shared my experience on Facebook and let my friends and family know I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Save your bucks!
