I had a great experience with Bantu Movers, and I especially want to recognize Mr. Noel, the manager. He was extremely accommodating, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire moving process. He made sure all of my moving needs were handled smoothly and efficiently, which took a lot of stress off my shoulders. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I highly recommend using their services if you’re looking for a reliable and supportive moving team.

We used Bantu Movers twice - first upon moving to Houston and the next moving to a townhome in the city. Communication was always clear and quick! Whenever we put in an inquiry, they were quick to send a quote and communicate our needs. We have a lot of vintage or antique furniture so I was initially nervous about our belongings getting damaged. They made sure everything was wrapped and they were delicate in transport. People seem nice but I ended up not getting the service because they cancelled on me last minute. I called Sunday morning and they told me they would be available to unload a truck at 1pm. We confirmed that time works but then they called me at 12:45 saying that they couldn’t make it after all. They told me they would for sure be available before 2pm so I agreed again but then they called me at 2:08pm saying they were not going to be able to make it after all. I had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The movers were professional, punctual, and handled my belongings with great care. Roderick and Rashaun took great care of me for my move. They were early for my appointment. Delivery was smooth and even though my new place had a lot of hiccups, they still did a wonderful job. Very polite, professional, and fast. Will definitely refer them to friends and family. And I will be using them again!
