Do not use Banteera Bank for mortgages…we were in the process of a refinance and I ask before the appraisal if our loan progressing without any snags.. Banterra assured no issues. We the get a call AFTER paying for an appraisal that we could continue with our refinance. So we paid 500 + dollars for an appraisal we didn’t need - after I had ask numerous time to make sure before paying for the appraisal we were good on the loan ..STAY away from Banteera Bank unless you want to pay and be out money that is not necessary!!
