Banterra doesn't care about it's customers. It only cares about how good it looks.
I opened a new business account and was given great service. They were great to work with. They let me know that they would help us if we had any problems in our business banking.
I was hired to be the Regional Marketing Specialist. I would be the first of its kind in the role, so it was new to everyone. Management, Jennifer Spence and Preston Keller, expected me to do the role with little to no training for half the pay. Jennifer was particularly rude and stubborn when it came to basic things like emails and meetings. They ultimately asked me to resign or be terminated as the role has been terminated.
