☆☆☆ (1 Star) I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location today while bringing my baby for ear piercing. From the moment we arrived, the employee was unprofessional and inattentive. He was wearing earbuds and appeared to be on the phone for much of the interaction. Communication was minimal. There was little explanation of the procedure, aftercare, or what to expect. We had a great experience. I was anxious taking my daughter for her first piercing but they explained everything thoroughly before starting and then were careful and never rushed us throughout the process, and even let me give input before piercing without making me feel like I was being annoying. My older toddler didn’t even cry and was so proud of her beautiful earrings which were perfectly placed!
