this is a review for the logan valley mall store. the only reason i gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do have cute jewelry. most of the time when i buy earings and such i really like them. the past few times i went there though the associate has been reallly rude. i tried twice to get my ears pierced there in the past month and i had the same girl. she was on the phone the whole time woth someone who was on speaker phone swearing, and she just didnt give us the time of day. on top of that, she was rude to us say... read more

Last time I was here the associate was very rude. Maybe having a bad day who knows. Today Ive been at this stand in the middle of the mall for nearly 20 minutes with NO ONE here to assist me with my order. No note. Nothing. About 6 people have stopped asked where the associate is because they wanted to make a purchase also. They missed out on quite a bit of sales. I’m not impressed at all with this place. Manager was extremely rude to me. yelled about face mask, when sales girl had already told me nicely. went back a bit later told manager she was rude and ignorant. She called security as I was walking away. Went to Claire's they were awesome.
