These people are selling fake stuff and calling it gold. Once you clean it with the product they sell you it turns black and then they don’t wanna Return it . Horrible customer service from the employee and even more terrible from the manager . Never again . Reporting to the BBB for sure .
Don’t waste your time … find a better quality jeweler. I have insurance and I am still having issues and having to pay more for an item that in insured. What’s the point ? I wish I could give a 0 star !
