Banter needs to figure out how to fix their process of processing a warranty claim because it's a disaster and nobody from corporate or in the stores knows what the other one's supposed to do. However, after going to the store five times and talking to someone on the phone five times I finally met Ebony at the store. She was able to take care of everything that I needed to even though it was still a process. She did a phenomenal job and gave exceptional customer service! 10 out of 10 for her and the job she did!
