Thankfully I came on a day some professionals was there. The back piece to my earring was literally lodged inside of my ear. I couldn’t get it out or take my earring off. One suggested i go to medical care which seem like the most logical thing to do but, Courtney was able to take the back piece out. Actually pretty fast and safe. I appreciate her. Saved me a doctors bill
