We had a 1:00 appointment on Sunday 8/6/23 and showed up to a closed store even though store hours were listed as 12:00-5:00.
I was at the Mall on the 17th and walked out of Macy’s to witness a female employee of Banter screaming about doing cocaine to a male employee who was in the store. Stating that she was going to “crawl over the counter and snort it right now”. The male employee seemed to be shocked and told her to go to her car. I was very surprised to see an employee act this way. Very alarming.
I made an appointment for noon on a Saturday to pierce my ears. Showed up to an empty stand. Security cases still up and no one in sight. I was quite disappointed.
