Horrible customer service especially the manager! They pierced my 5 month old with the wrong earrings and just blamed it on wrong labeling of the box and didn't offer any kind of compensation. After over 1.5 hours of back forth the options they left us with was 1. Take out the earrings and come back in 24hrs get my babies ears RE-PIERCED with the correct earrings! 2. Come back in a month and get the earrings switched out 3. Get 25%off the wrong earrings they pierced my daughter with. They wouldn't just give us the earrings w... read more
