John was professional and punctual. Thanks for the help.
I was billed $1100 for oil delivered to wrong address. Valiant was told immediately of their error and still billed my card. I’m unable to get a call back or this rectified. Moreover, my landlord said they had no record of me. Yet we’re able to charge me $1100. Odd. Save your patience and literally go with anyone else. They are very disorganized and have zero customer service. Will be switching providers as soon as they finally fix all their errors. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING VALIANT. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
