Kyle Hackett deserves five stars! He was the only serviceman recently to actually do his job and find the cause of the problem with the air conditioning unit. He and Mike went above and beyond to provide the level of service that used to be expected but now is sadly lacking at Valiant. If Kyle were to leave Valiant, I would follow him without hesitation. The one star is in no way a reflection on Kyle, but on the company for which he works. I would not want anyone to think that I gave Valiant a five star rating.
John came out to diagnose no hot water. Within minutes he found the problem to be a faulty sensor. He was very pleasant, an asset to your company. Thanks again John.
