Recently, I had the displeasure of working with Banta Electric on a project involving electrical installation at my house, and I have to tell you that it was nothing short of a nightmare. I can't express how disappointing and frustrating the whole situation has been.The installation's quality was appalling in the first place. Phone number provided does not seem to go to a professional voicemail only a generic voicemail and if you leave a message, you will not receive a return phone call.
