I bought a pair of gently used Waverunners (my first ever) on Monday. Took them out for some easy riding Monday night. Cleaned and flushed them as soon as we got back. On Tuesday, one of them would not start. I thought I had done something stupid and damaged it. I called Bob and he agreed to take a look, even though his shop was completely full. I brought my Kawasaki jetski in because I was having trouble adjusting the steering alignment after installing a pump wedge. Rob adjusted right then and there and had my ski ready to go within 20 minutes. I feel confident and safe out on the water knowing Rob was working on my jetski and could not recommend Banshee Powersports enough for any service you need.
