Had a hot water issue. It was working perfectly fine and then not even once ounce of hot water. I feared the worse, a whole new system and being too expensive for a single mum like me. Banrock plumbing showed up, when they said they would, looked at and fixed it. Just fixed it and charged me $50. They said yes you should start saving for a new hot water system, yours is pretty old, it will fail given enough time. Plumber was polite courteous and honest without trying to rip me off. I found myself Friday night without any hot water. Tom came out the next morning and swapped it out for a new hot water system and took the old one away. I have used Tom many times and have always found him to be very professional, friendly, knowledgable and well priced. Thanks for helping me out again. I would highly recommend Tom Banrock Plumbing

We needed our solar hotwater cylinder replaced. Rang Tom and he was very helpful. He came to ours 3 days later, after he had arranged the delivery of the new cylinder. All the work was done easily. Tom explained about the rebate etc and warranty. The whole action was made simple. Thanks Tom. You will be our first port of call for a plumber and would definitely recommend Banrock Plumbing.
