We had a sudden hot water system issue arise and Tom was able to come out and investigate immediately, my husband and I were so grateful and thankful for Tom's knowledge and professionalism. He provided multiple options for us to choose from and the issue was fixed in less than 24 hours. Thank you so much!
Great service and advice from the start. Was able to attend to my problem within 2 days. Authentic customer service. Tom was on time and did a marvellous job with modifying the plumbing at my HWS. Very happy and highly recommended.
Tom did a great job of getting hot water to flow from our gas storage system. Service was prompt price was upfront and fair. No cost for the first call out where we both thought the fault was rectified. However if it was not Tom would come back and replace the tempering valve which he ended up doing. Was on time both times. Polite professional and neat. No hesitation in recommending Tom and will definitely use him again for any further plumbing jobs.
Had 2 Gas Cooktops recently installed. A ballpark price was quoted and Tom was around in the next few days. Extremely professional service, on-time and fantastic install. Tom was great to deal with, and I will be happy to use again in the future!
