Employees are always "busy" one person for the clients and we wait in line while they talk. I wish they had a boss who made this branch in order. What a waste of my working hours to come here. Updated: need the service again, looked on Google it says close at 8pm got here at 3:50pm it's closed. This place is really useless

Je n’ai rien à dire de négatif par rapport à mon expérience avec la banque nationale de joliette. J’ai eu la chance d’être servi par Zachary Bénard, un employé sympathique et professionnel. Il a été honnête et m’a permis d’apprendre mes options dans un environnement sain et sans jugement. BNC a de très bonnes options de placements avec des employés faisant preuve d’un excellent service à la clientèle. Je n’ai vraiment pas été déçu!
