Fantastic company! Extremely professional, quick response time , and excellent service. The pre-drywall report identified issues with our new build , which allowed us to address in a timely manner with the builder , and saved potentially thousands of dollars ! The final inspection report also identified plumbing issues which were addressed prior to closing. Worth every penny! The one word for this team which sums it up ..... INTEGRITY !!! Buying a home is 100% overwhelming if it's your first time but hiring a company with a great reputation makes a difference. I understood what they were doing but I didn't officially know what they were going to do. I got my report and I am so pleased with the details and notes provided. 10/10
Very thorough and detailed inspection. In summary a lot of work needed to be done to bring up to code and make home livable. I'm thankful for Bannon and hope to work with them again soon. Huge thanks to Tim for being outstanding! Update 12/11: decided to go with Tim for another home inspection, always very informative and great with attention to detail in older homes!
