After going to my GP to begin a chronic pain management program, then a neurosurgeon and looking at the prospect of back surgery I went in search of any other alternative. I’ve been doing one on one sessions of Pilates twice a week now for three months. I’ve kicked the pain MEDS and feel 200% better in myself. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
