No kind customer service, at all
They made me bring my paperwork in to them 3 times and they never even looked at it or read it and they lost it. These people are stupid like for real. They didn't care about my case and they asked for the wrong amount of money from the defendant and that was really bad cause I needed it to pay my medical bills that the defendant caused. The unprofessionalism really was disturbing. Good luck if you unfortunately find yourself having to interact with these jerks
