I’m disappointed to say that my recent experience at Honda Vernon fell far short of expectations. During our visit we spoke with a few different people. The first two service advisors, Paul, and Kristy, were excellent. They were pleasant, helpful, and exactly what you hope for when bringing business to a dealership.
