I purchased a vehicle this past weekend from Bannister. I dealt with Patrick Dew and he made my purchase a breeze. I cannot recommend Patrick enough. He is polite, honest, and knowledgeable. I hope to purchase my next vehicle from Patrick in the future.
Fuel pump on our 2018 Sierra had to be replaced. Great service Starting with,unloading from our trailer, fuel pump was replaced within 2 days and price was as quoted. Friendly staff good service will go there again.

Updating this review solely in regards to the service department. The service manager Darcy comes across very hostile and trys to make you feel it's your fault that their vehicles are broken.
