Rob and I immediately clicked back in 2018 when I bought my Chevy Cruze, and has been my sales rep through a Chevy Malibu, a GMC Canyon, and now I'm the proud owner of a 2025 Chevy Trax. Waited 3 hours for them to do an oil change and tire rotation - disappointed with the communication of service department. After the manager saw me waiting and irritated he finally helped me and gave me the rotation for free. I would have rathered them just do it in the time frame they said and pay them appropriately. I don't like to feel like my time is not valuable.
Bannister was awesome to deal with, quick, was driving my truck the very next morning after an add on , financing was quick and easy and insurance all done in house which made the experience quicker and got me in my truck quicker, would definitely buy from them again got an awesome deal on my trade as well, would highly recommend
