August 5th 2025 It just doesn't get any better than this! Traveling from Minnesota to Nova Scotia and then to Alaska, on a must do in my frau's bucket list. Prior to reaching Dawson Creek I noted belt pulley whine. Being a retired GM journeyman technician I knew it had to be changed before it seized and tossed the belt into the radiator or wherever. We came from.a very long roadtrip and our car was sending us an engine alert, we were so worried, we just showed up in the dealership a saturday morning and without an appointment they received us, checked our car, read codes, test drove it and made sure everything was fine, even WITH A BUSY DAY OF WORK and they were nothing but pure kindness! We are forever grateful, thank you.
Brian Daly, Beanz, Payton and the Bannister GM team helped us stay on the road from Michigan to Alaska with the best service one could ever receive. We scheduled an appointment on the way from Banff because our brakes were squeaking. We needed some help and they delivered. For over 30 yrs I have dealt with Bannister/Browns Chev Olds. I have always had great service and sometimes they have gone out of their way to help me. This last time, they did not get to my vehicle as was supposed to and when I came to get it , they had not even started it. I was extremely unhappy, it only needed a phone call to let me know that it was going to a lot longer.
