The salespeople here suddenly become clueless the moment you ask a real question. Emails and texts go unanswered, calls aren’t returned, and when you finally get someone, they “don’t know,” “aren’t sure,” or need to “check with the manager” — then disappear again. Terrible People Terrible Customer Service
I recently bought a new car from Bannister GM in Dawson Creek and yes full disclosure the salesperson was my son. Before you assume parental bias, let me say I fully expected him to try to upsell me something unnecessary or at least pretend not to know me on the lot. Shockingly professional. Respect.
