For over 30 yrs I have dealt with Bannister/Browns Chev Olds. I have always had great service and sometimes they have gone out of their way to help me. This last time, they did not get to my vehicle as was supposed to and when I came to get it , they had not even started it. I was extremely unhappy, it only needed a phone call to let me know that it was going to a lot longer.
