Pleasant dealership, easy to deal with, and always gets things figured out!!!
So took my 2024 ranger to ford because every snow storm my when driving on the hwy my heat would stop working and the windows would freeze up. I would have take the cabin air filter out and covered in snow and I would have to clean out the snow out best I could. Something froze and cracked and then while driving i started smelling oil and other fumes from the engine after. Updating review after owner response — response contains inaccuracies READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRELY BEFORE DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH BANSISTER FORD! I WILL BE CONTACTING A.M.I.V.I.C, and filing a report with them, as well. I actually had to delete my review and re do it, because I couldn't believe what the owner had to say here IT IS ALL BELOW, not even close to what happened. I brought my car is tuseday, was told they could look at it earlier. Didn't get into their shop till 9am the day of my appointment.
