I was serious about buying a vehicle listed online, but once I started asking for more in depth details about a vehicle I wanted to buy, Madison Brown just ignored me flat out and never got back to me. Had a tire blowout near Edson and ended up at Bannister Ford Edson - honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Everyone there was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road quickly and safely. Big shoutout to Devrie in service for going above and beyond throughout the whole process. Great communication, great attitude, and made a stressful situation way easier to deal with. My husband called these guys last week to order his new tires and booked an appointment to have them put on. He packed up our 2 year old and 1 year old then drove the hour to the dealership today for his appointment only to find out that they forgot to order his tires in. This isn’t the first time this service/parts department has “forgotten” something as years ago they had my car for an entire week but forgot to detail it.
