I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the repairs and the difference between what I was told before the work began and what was ultimately delivered. My truck was rear-ended by a one-ton dually, resulting in approximately $16,000 in repairs. Was devastated when my new car got hit head on (only ever bought 20+ year old cars before this car so it meant a lot to me that everything was near perfect again) Another body shop told me I would have to wait 10 weeks with no loaner vehicle, these guys had me in a loner the next day and my car back to me in a fair amount of time. I felt like it was an easy process, great customer service.
