We recently purchased our 2nd vehicle at Bannister Kelowna, and we dealt with Paul for this purchase. Paul was excellent to deal with and helped us expediate our purchase, as we were on a very tight timeline and we were leaving town the day after we made our decision to purchase the vehicle. My salesman Paul Gorsline was a true professional , his long experience in the industry shows and I will definately be recommending him to my friends and family . Also the sale manager Eric treated me like a family member rather than just a buyer , all the employees I met at the dealership were very friendly and great to deal with . Highly recommend .
Bought a used pickup here with the max/highest warranty. It's supposed to cover the suspension which, is worn out AND leaking. Now, the warranty says it won't cover the repairs because that's from wear and tear BUT, will cover the cost of upper/lower ball joints and tie-rod ends which, is also from wear and tear! I 100% will never purchase a new or used vehicle from here again nor will I pay for any warranty in the future. What a scam!
