I purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac CT5 from Bannister Chilliwack. I was told the car only had a small curb rash on one wheel. No other issues. I bought it without seeing it in person (my mistake). Had it shipped to Alberta. Found out all 4 tires were worn out, big hole in front grill and the front bumper has tons of rock chips. Not impressed
Chelsea got everything looked after quickly and professionally. They did a nice job on my car.
Were unable to solve the problem with an engine light in my car, which was disappointing because they should have the equipment available to find the fault as they specialize in that make.
