I recently purchased a Buick Envista Sport Touring model from Bannister GM. The salesman I dealt with, Nathan Mushaluk was top drawer! He answered all my questions, got me all the information I requested, and was such a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recomend Nathan and Bannister GM if you need a new or great preowned Vehicle!
I am extremely disappointed with the level of service from the service department at this dealership. From start to finish, the experience was extremely unprofessional. I was initially told my vehicle would be ready within a day, yet it was kept four additional days without any communication. No one contacted me to explain the delay. Purchased a 2017 Acura MDX (89000km) three months ago. Told by salesman that the vehicle received a multipoint inspection. Since making the purchase, I have had to replace the timing belt ($2300), Battery ($300), Radiator ($900), Spare tire(250)......so much for the quality inspection and vehicle prep before being put on the market.
