Shopped around most of the Kelowna dealerships every weekend for a month. Eventually found a great vehicle for the right price. Mike & Jordan from finance were both easy to deal with, and I was able to negotiating a fair deal for what I needed. First time owning a Buick and I’m extremely happy I made that choice. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

Had a great experience at Bannister GM! As a first-time car buyer, I was pretty nervous going into the process, but Curtis was incredibly helpful and made everything feel comfortable and stress-free. He answered all my questions, was patient, and never made me feel pressured. John in finance was awesome too, he made the paperwork easy to understand and helped everything go smoothly. PUBLIC SAFETY WARNING ⚠️ D*A*N*G*E*R On Tuesday April 28th ‘26, I brought my Buick Encore in for a replacement of “Evaporative Emissions Valve”, which was part of a “RECALL” & “SPECIAL COVERAGE. I also had a Maintenance Service done. I brought my vehicle in at 9am, and it wasn’t ready until 4:30pm.
