Deceptive and unethical business practices from the finance person at Chilliwack Chrysler. I expect to be treated in an honest and ethical way while buying a vehicle and that is not the case with my recent experience. I am partly to fault by not paying enough attention but the finance person threw in some additional items which I did not request nor want.
I took my Jeep in to a new roof put on, seems simple right? Take old roof off and put new roof on, new roof need to be painted, understood, and windows needed to go in, understood, I've been given THREE different days that it would be done and I could pick it up yet on each day I call and they tell me it will be tomorrow, WHAT A FUCKING JOKE!! I will never take any vehicle to them again. This is the Chilliwack location.
