I took my Mercedes to Hector and he did a great job.my car was done fast and done good.i highly recommend people to get the car done from Hector
I'm so hurt that I was basically toom advantage of by Hector about the rebuild of my transmission that after $2800 and less than a year no longer works... called his other shop in Banning because I still have a year warranty and he tells me that my year warranty with Cactus Transmissions has nothing to do with his business in Banning.... I'm going to next go to the better business bureau and as far as I need to go because this man does not need to be working on any cars.
Called Hector to find out what he was going to do about the oil throw or poured all over my peanut butter convertible hood. He asked me if I wanted him to wash my car!!!!! How to you wash oil out of a convertible top? When saw the damage, scratches on the vehicle, oil fingers prints all over the interior and the oil on the hood, and asked him why it was there and what was going to do about it. Beware of family Review!!! Horrible shop!! Check BBB and State Auto BAR Complaints first. Banning Transmission-Banning /Catcus Transmission-Moreno Valley (same guy/ complaints). No integrity! Lie after lie. Car in shop on 12/30/2015 due 1/15/2016 [called for a deposit instead/vehicle not ready as promise]. State Automobile BAR had to force Hector to release vehicle in April 2016.
